Apartment location
The Hameaux du Borsat building is positioned right on the edge of the slopes in Val Claret with ski in ski out access. There are a few shops such as a ski hire shop, a bakery and a pizza shop in this location, but the main centre of Val Claret is just 2-3 minutes walk where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment for your holiday.

Apartment Description
Apartment 3027 is on the 4th floor of the building and faces North East, allowing views down towards Tignes le lac and out over the nearby piste and nursery slope. It is a two bedroom apartment and can sleep up to five guests. As you enter the apartment there is an open plan kitchen on your left and on the right hand side there is a bathroom with separate toilet and the first bedroom (please note that the first bedroom does not have a window). As you walk through the kitchen area and into the dining and living area, there is a good sized dining table for five people, then the sofa bed, extra seating and the TV entertainment area. In the far corner of the room is the second bedroom with a view out towards the slopes, and there is also access from the living area onto the balcony.

Apartment Amenities
The kitchen has a two ring electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, microwave/combi oven, and is very well equipped for cooking at home. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash-basin and a vanity unit. There is a separate toilet. Each of the two bedrooms has a set of bunk beds that are suitable for adults as well as children and have storage facilities in each room. There is a sofa bed in the living area which is suitable for a couple. The TV receives French terrestrial channels and can also play DVDs. It can connect to the free apartment Wifi too so great for online services such as Amazon Prime or Netflix. There is a ski locker downstairs on the ground floor.

The apartment is strictly no smoking.

Bed linen is included, towels aren't included but they can be hired from us in resort.
