This Chalet Club studio apartment has been fully refurbished by the current owners in the autumn of 2008.  It provides close and easy access to the ski lifts in Val Claret all within a 5 minute walk including the high speed Funicular to reach the Grande Motte.  The supermarket is 100m away and the centre of Val Claret (bars, restaurants, ski school meeting place) is a 5 minute walk.  The free bus has a stop right outside the apartment if you wish to go to Le Lac and Lavachet.  The main car park is opposite the apartments.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with fabulous views over to the mountains.  The studio sleeps 2/3 people comfortably with bunk beds in the hall and a double sofa bed in the living area.  The shower room is fully tiled with toilet, sink and shower cubicle, new laminate flooring throughout hall and living area.  New electric wall heaters ensure the studio is comfortable and warm.  Underbed and wardrobe storage is available in the hallway. 

A door separates the hall and the living area which comprises the kitchenette (which contains a sink, 2 ring ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave with grill and a full range of crockery and utensils etc), a double sofabed, a dining table to seat upto 4 people and a 22” TV with integrated DVD player.   A selection of DVD’s and games supplied.   Bed linen and towels are provided.  There is a ski locker located on the ground floor for storage.
